1. 母线槽外壳整体选用铝合金材料挤压成型,表面采用电泳氧化着色处理,防腐性强。

2. 母线槽侧板成型于散热片形式设计组合而成,保持均匀散热功能可以长期工作在130℃以下的环境场所中。

1. RT-CMC 系列电流从400A 至6300A 采用“三明治”结构,不但节省空间,并在功率低时,亦具有很好的电降压特性。单一导线和散热片的设计使系统更加精巧,在高电流量下,系统比常规节省一半的空间。

2.RT-CMC 系列母线排均采用镀银铜排作为导体材料。导体排的外表面镀层具有提高额定电流值,有较好的防腐保护。

3.RT-CMC 系列电导体紧密结合,间隙小、电抗小、散热好、温升低、热稳定性好、载流量大、节能效果优良;简易的设计全封闭的结构,防护等级能达到IP65 以上。

4.RT-CMC 系列母线排均使用B 级130° C 聚酯胶片,以达到长期绝缘的效果。母线槽的绝缘介质为三层0.6mm 的热塑聚酯胶包裹导电排四周。耐温耐压硅胶条为填空料,使电导体达到全封闭的结构,已达长期绝缘效果。出厂耐压测试达到3750V,质量符合国家GB 标准。
