●采用IGBT钳位三电平拓扑结构,使零电位可控,输出电压波形更接近于正弦波,高次谐波分量较二电平变频器显著降低,对电网及控制系统的电磁干扰明显改善。
IGBT clamping tri-level topology structure is adopted to make zero potential controllable, and the output voltage waveform is closer to sine wave. Compared with 2-level converter, the high-order harmonic component is significantly reduced, and the electromagnetic interference on the power grid and control system is significantly reduced.
●1140V三电平变频器输出电压峰值较二电平变频器降低一半,能有效的避免电机绕组绝缘击穿的问题。
The peak output voltage of 1140V three-level converter is only half of two-level converter, which can effectively avoid the insulation breakdown of motor windings.
